The Company is formed for the purpose of acquiring and owning office properties primarily situated in France, Germany, and Spain. The REIT properties are strategically situated in urban areas, generally in close proximity to public transportation. Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. Its Spain property is Delgado. The INOVALIS S.A. acts as the manager of the REIT.

RE:RE:$2.50/share buyout coming soonThey were buying everyday last week. Why not, it's on sale and they will continue until the weak hands dry up. My intention to add at 70¢ still stands if it gets there.

Why others don't see them adding as a positive, I do not understand.

I am surprised they have not announced a buyout price ....

$2.00-$2.50 will likely be accepted by most.

If someone wants to sell for .80 I guess they will buy some at that price as well.
