RE:RE:RE:RE:Cordero RanchNote in the following Cedar City zoning map dated December 2nd 2024 the Cordero Master Planned Development, then refer to the legend in the bottom right corner and this - 

These Zones have been Repealed and are no longer available as a zone within Cedar City for future development. (for zone info see Cedar City Ordinance Number 0926-12-1)

It's just good to know the actual facts being stated as "... the Cordero Development plan fully approved is for 6,726 units and is in full force and effect."

Because without jeff's clarification this would would have been my next question, as to how this repeal effects the construct status of 2025.
