RE:I tendered all my share. Still don't have a clue how taxes I'm guessing for Tax purposes, I will have a dividend of $0.48 and a capital gain of ($4 - $0.48 = $3.52) per share.

If correct, you can offset gains with any losses you have.  

Don't know, will see what tax slips I get for 2024.
