RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Cordero RanchJeff's email stated the Cordero Agreement and its approval to build 6,726 units is currently in "full force and effect".
Strange that Leavitt Construction were moving ahead on their own with trying to get the zoning density increased without Greenbriar. Considering that is exactly what Greenbriar would have to do for the building density increase they apparently have proposed and plan on beginning construction this year.

No material change to report.
