A new SAGD oil Company all on its own, that what these assets represent. In fact on project could use capital right now. 

So Trump just announced Drill baby Drill, and all we need is a new government that can attrack investment to Canada rather than chase it away. 

POU projects researched and assembled by an expert team and these assets just got a lot more valuable today.
