Yes its all back channel stuff at this point in my opinion.

Spectral and Vantive have been officially having meetings about Tigris/PMX for the last year and a half at least.

And Fyi, those meetings are basically just really nice expensed diners out, shooting the chit, and drinking Patron,

but those interactions are the back channels of deals that eventually get done.
