Is this the first payment on the contract signed in August 2023?  Did they get some advance deposits to start the work (thinking about the much bigger contract down the line)?  

I am not use to seeing NRs on collecting on bills but I certainly understand why it is material in this case. Close to $3 mill over the past few days is good times!
