RE:RE:RE:greyowl
I live in Canada, and yes TD has my email (that's the method they used to inform me of the corporate action), as well as my home address.

No electronic links of any nature were provided, and no paper mail out has been received.

The email from TD was non-descript (identified a generic corporate action) and just pointed me to my e-documents on Webroker, which provided only a summary of the action, and identified 2 options to choose from (cash or shares). There was no mention of voting for/against the action, and I was told to phone the broker to execute my choices for cash vs shares.

I phoned the broker and was again told the only options visible to them were choosing cash vs shares, and there was no option available for voting for/against the action.

I have insisted that I be provided with the ability to vote directly and be given the electronic links to personally vote on this action. The broker created a ticket yesterday to escalate the matter, which was supposed to be resolved by this morning. I called today and was told whoever received my ticket was unable to resolve the matter. It has been re-escalated, and I am to call back tomorrow.

If it was just me having issues, I might conclude that this is isolated, but it certainly sounds like others are having challenges as well.

Roland
