Intriguing end of day volumes

Intriguing end of day volumes The last few days in Canada and  USA there  have been huge volume spikes at end of day. Today on tsx was very intriguing , 15 minutes before closing there had been 2.5 ms trades on an average 6.0 ms trade day, the last 15 MINUTES 5.5 m/s TRADED. Don't know what's happening but with the price and volume action something's up!
