RE:Those who don't voteThe proxy vote and the choice of consideration in exchange for the GXE shares are two different things.

Even if you vote NO and you elect CHOICE A (all cash), you could end up receiving "silly Lotus shares". Shareholders not filling the Letter of Transmittal and Election Form
will be given CHOICE C automatically.

For the ones electing all cash, the hope relies on a fair amount of shareholders electing NewCo shares (CHOICE B).
IMO, insiders and administrators should be forced to elect CHOICE B to balance this rotten deal served to the other shareholders.
