RE: Hubbie kindly respond to this GReen guy

RE: Hubbie kindly respond to this GReen guy Why not... share price/stock valuation is anyones guess. Mine are as follows: 1) $10.00 - not likely in near term (next 2-5 years). However, given that CIVC is not just an oil play, but does have other prospects on the burner (Coselles, gas park, etc and other onshore/offshore properties)I will not rule out this price for the long term (5-10 years) 2) $5.00 within 2-5 years - possible/probable if (when) GHS and GHN are fully developed, and have the production and reserves that have been bantered about. A lot will depend on the # of wells, decline rates (the wells will not produce at the inital flow rates for the entire life of the production cycle), the need to raise additional funds (if necessary)etc. Leaning towards the probable. 3) $2.50 - 3.50 in a year - likely. We are still a long way from sustained oil prodcution. If the gas is going to be reinjected for reservior pressure support, CIVC will need a lot more on-site equipment than what's there for the test conducted last week. They won't be allowed to just burn the gas off, there is no local market or infrastructure at this point in time to produce the gas with the oil. So, first oil by July - I think that's a little premature. Once #2 and # 3 are drilled, completed and tested, CIVC should be ready for sustained production. this last run up was way to quick and had IMHO, no basis from an ecomomic standpoint. pure speculation only. Greed and fear played into today's action. I took profits last week, and am happy with the way CQV has performed for me. I can't say how it has performed for anyone else, but I will stick around and see what happens to the remaining shares in my portfolio. thanks to others, I am not playing with my money anymore.
