Re-ipx merger

Re-ipx mergerSent e-mail to Michael Wimpfheimer at IPX about merger with SK. his response. Technically the deal has past its timeframe to be completed, but both sides have agreed to continue to honor the deal. Futher, Ron Shon chairman of Skyline has joined our BOD and is assisting with our investment raise. Does anyone know when the CDNX will approve the change of business request.
