RE: Is the PE affected by any one time gains?

See my previous posts for a possible explanation. I think investors are just a little wary of LB because it's small compared to the other major banks in Canada and because of where it's based. IMHO. (and once again, I am not insulting Quebec, just acknowledging existing investor sentiment) I still think this is a great stock at current prices and a good takeover candiate.
