Check out the IGWM website....IGWM has been approved for the pink sheets, pending reporting of insider holdings etc. BUT they are not going ahead with the IPO. This means ESI will be free to get on with business, they keep the $750,000 already comitted by IGWM. We should get news soon. Vlad
