RE: My take..Manzarethe term "nex week" can take several twists. In the patch, the adage "Hurray up and Wait" is more common and true than any other statement. You can set timelines for anything, but depending on equipment availability, problems, additional testing, unforeseen delays, new infomration, etc, etc, a statement made like "next week" can be a bit premature. "Next Week" could easily become tommorrow, next week, next month, or even next year. Where they are and what they've done is anyones guess right now. That last NR didn't clarify a thing, and opened up a new alley for more speculation. But that's the name of the game here, isn't it.
Understand CQV's position - they can't reveal details on whhere they are, what they've seen (not necessarily found), or where any info they now have will take them. At the same time, they have to release something to keep up the interest, and hopefully maintain share price while they continue to go for the main target (confirmation of a significant onshore oil discovery). If they release positive info, future land parcels may be put out of reach. If they release negative news, share price tumbles, and the ball game is over for many new investors. If they release neutral news (ie - nothing), they roll the dice and hope share price holds. regardless, its a tough position for a junior to be in.
OK, enough preaching and enough about CQV. Any interest in those pups of mine???
