? for hammer

? for hammerWhat is your feeling re: the 30 mil. deal in respect to Demers announcement in the cc that wpt may only need 25 to be raised by gov. funding (on the tail of perc) and equity financing, suggesting a financing at some time in the future perhaps, but then dropping a 30 mil bomb the very next day? Smug? Arrogant? Misleading? Also a comment on Cummins buying out wpt: your opinion is certainly valid. I am more of a mind that Cummins would like to see wpt take the risk for this: thus the jv. Maybe they fear a dot.com-like buying spree disease. Along this line, did you notice how Guff(sp?) side-stepped the question of reliability in the engines at Norcal? Certainly there will be things to work out but it would have been nice to address the question along the lines of "we continue to make improvements..." bla bla bla. Seems to me that this is really the crux of the whole business. I can understand the need for industrial secrets/privilege being part of the business plan, etc., but I'd like a more accurate accounting.
