Odyssey Resources acquires Turkish gold property
TORONTO (CP) - Odyssey Resources Ltd. has bought the Korgan gold exploration property from the Turkish government. Financial terms of the purchase, announced Thursday, were not revealed.
The Korgan property was bought at a recent auction and covers about 27 square kilometers of exploration land near another gold prospect recently acquired by Odyssey. The junior miner said it plans further development work at the Korgan site as part of a broader gold exploration program in the area.
