contingent litigation

contingent litigationin itself is enough to prevent AFH from trading again, or for that matter any new resolutions to be passed (maybe not passed but approved by the BCSC) at the upcoming AGM. Heard a "rumour" that Wolverton had been "back-doored" by the gang running the "company", lawsuits filed against brokerage houses ??? Just can't see how that would help in any way. Things look simpler than that mixedup, look more at contingent litigation forcing the halt to last. SELLAFH (if trading ever resumes).
