Sorry, one of the corporate defendants is Ashlar Capital Financial Services (?), (as opposed to Ashlar Capital Corporation), the entity which was paid to ensure whatever Harrison did was appropriate.

Expect even more lawsuits against the boys that brought the house down. Final BOD were the boys that clipped Harison's wings and turned him (and others)over to the BCSC. Kudos to them

Harrison has been named, as well as the Trustee, lawyer John R. Rogers, two auditing firms, among others. Further lawsuits to follow, with even more defendants.
