Sorry, one of the corporate defendants is Ashlar Capital Financial Services (?), (as opposed to Ashlar Capital Corporation), the entity which was paid to ensure whatever Harrison did was appropriate. The Principal of this company, "the trustee" for the Investments, which includes the Parent company investment in Ashlar Capital Corporation is the lawyer, John Rogers, but , as with R. Bev Harrison, he goes by R. John Rogers. What a mess.
