With the collapse of Unitec's sales deal to South America there stock price spiraled downwards. Ashlars directors recklessly disregarded this fact and accepted equity from an ultimatly "doomed" company. On top of this they also released the directors of Unitec from any personal liability.
Now there's "talk" that Unitec wants to merge with another company and are also "talking" with Ashlar over "repurchasing" 67 % of the equity Ashlar has in Unitec - for 5 times what the current share value is ??? How nice of them you might say, I say it looks awfully suspicious (crooked allmost) !!!
SELLAFH (and Unitec) if trading ever resumes in either "company".
