RE: NEWSGood grief Charly Brown, where did THIS come from?
Couple of things come immediately to mind:
1) Does BNC have patent protection for their compound, and if so, from when, and does it cover the market(s) they're selling into?
2)Do these other guys have patent protection for their compound, and if so, since when.
At best this will be an expensive distration (think lawyers) and at worst a disaster (IMO) if the claim has merit.
