The Company wishes to provide the following update of current projects.
Further results have been received from the sampling program undertaken at the Christmas Lake project located in the Clinton Mining Division of BC. The following are rock analyses of grab samples taken from highly fractured areas found occurring within the large area of high chargeability:

These current samples enlarge the area previously surveyed (see News Releases dated August 6 and August 20, 2002). The Company feels that it will be necessary to conduct a detailed drilling program to confidently establish a geological model for this interesting gold property.
Preparation and sampling of drill core sections from the Miner Mountain project situated in the Similkameen Mining Division of BC is currently underway.
The Cube Gold project in the Nicola Mining Division of BC is undergoing further magnetometer surveying and rock and soil geochemistry.
The Company has announced that the annual general meeting will be held in Vancouver, BC on December 27, 2002.
