RE: News

RE: NewsUntil increased revenue means a move towards profitability there is little to get excited about with this company. Actually as revenue has grown, losses have increased. I would attach move significance to the fact that AXX has found it appropriate to float 7 million shares at 75 cents within 60 days of acquiring the Cisco 10 million. Could this fluff announcement be timed to try and add some support to sustain a 90 cent share price until after the financing is completed? Management has valued the stock at 75 cents or less now and in the foreseeable future and obviously does not see any reason to use short term financing instead of major dilution. If this stock was going anywhere soon there would be no thought of giving away 20% of the company for 5 million. We all know that at the burn rate of this organization such an amount is peanuts.
