RE: So why do you watch this board?By all means please enlighten us as to the future. But first, consider the last four years.
1. 16 consecutive quarters of increasing revenues and continued losses. Over two years ago management stated that profitability was about to be obtained; however, they haven't even been able to be cash flow positive. This in spite of having a COST PLUS 200 million contract.
2. The company model has wandered aimlessly from being a medical reference, instructional hockey videos, skills learning center, cable TV programs, urology, water safety and finally the prime jewel, the Supernet. During the same period Netricom has been reduced to a losing proposition and, as has been indicated, most of the ventures are available to be spun off.
3. The Supernet was supposedly the first of many projects. In fact, in Feb 2002 the company indicated that the next project would be announced before the year end. Still waiting.....I am sure though that losing your first contract and being in legal litigation will be a great selling point.
4. In the last two years through a series of private placements the stock has been diluted from 20 million to 41+million not including all the options that exist.
While these may appear to be subtle, insignificant economic factors,
one only has to look to the final aribrator of fact, the market. While arguments such as "look to the future" and "Art's a great guy" may hold weight with your head stuck in the sand or some other dark orifice, the market has spoken loudly and clearly. I would encourage you and other like minded individuals to please, please BUY. Island, Series, Sceptic, Danno and a host of others who have a stake in this company would all like to see the company succeed but until something concrete indicates a reason to be positive, we must remain realistic.
