Trial

TrialAccording to an article by Paul Marck of the Edmonton Journal, Axia lawyers are claiming that Bell has refused to pay Axia's bills at various points, forcing it to recover costs through a line of credit with Bell's bank. Bell's court filing contained numerous allegations of failure to carry out contract obligations, refusal to take reasonable direction, inability to supply materials, conversion of Bell asets to Axia and knowingly and wrongfully drawing millions of dollars from Bell's line of credit with CIBC. Anyone know if there is any validity to these accusations? Is this just legal speak because it sounds like theft and fraud besides a difference of opinions. Legitimate or not, this has to affect the possibility of future projects.
