The reason the stock price is down where it is I believe is due to the very long wait in getting an agreement signed by the Serbian Govt, The undisclosed JV partner and Erin. I think a lot of people are sick of waiting and are throwing in the towel. It is now more of a "show me the money" attitude towards Erin. Once the deal is signed, then the investors will come. Actually, it may be a little before the deal is signed. I think once a meeting is scheduled with Tim and the Govt and the JV partner, we will see some significant price appreciation.
Some people selling now may feel that the concession law needs to be passed before the deal can be signed. That law has been voted down by the Serbian parliament and some people feel that another delay is in order because of it. However, IR and I believe Tim Daniels at the AGM have said that the signing of the deal does not require the passing of the concession law.
