All jesting aside, they should have tons of cash and will continue to receive tons of cash as the price of oil hasn't declined to very low levels. It has even gone up today with the word from OPEC stating that they will cut production now that the war looks like it might be coming to an end in the near future. However, I suspect relatively high oil prices while Bush is in office.
