RE: share buyback programNah. I think restrictions on share buybacks prohibit buying on upticks so its not that. This stock is well and truly sold out so the bargain hunters have to chase it. This is just the beginning. By the time we get good news it will be up another buck. This is typical action on a "sold-out" stock. Hang in. GRIZZ
