Many of us have been in this for 6 and 7 years. Take a look back that far and you will see the same people posting. let the long-time shareholders enjoy the reward they have been wait years to get. How long have you been a shareholder? No one has done anything here so stop your whining and buy shares.
The company just released news that should remove any doubt from people's minds that this will be done shortly.
The govt approval is not material as it is "subject to:
Erin and the relevant government ministry (or ministries) entering into a binding contract, detailing the parameters of the concession; an independent legal opinion on the granting of the concession; and a review by an expert, government-appointed concession committee charged primarily
with the task of ensuring the implementation of the concession agreement and overseeing Serbia's interest in a concession."
Until all of the above has been completed, nothing is for sure. EV has always been conservative in their news and has not pumped up anything for insiders to sell shares and load up on cheap options and PP's. That is one thing I like about EV. This tells me they are the real thing and not a pump and dump company. Their years of perseverence in working on this deal also makes me feel good about this investment.
