...good comments, pmc51...true there is no valid reason to deliberately expose workers....but unless contractors can buy competitively or spec writers put environment first, the "Buck" will rule !(or more likely the Euro, these days) If Napier can crack the Japanese market, they would have a great example to trumpet...they have among the most stringent rules for imports with regard to toxic chemicals,solvents etc...however,it is more for protectionism than enviromentalism...the enviroment is a positive by-product of a political protectionist trade barrier. I see our conversations have lifted the stock 20% in less than a day. I guess I had better get in before this runs away ! Seriously, looks like maybe it is a "buy"...what's to lose unless they go bankrupt and I sure hopep that doesn't happen GM
