..."He with the biggest campaign donations gets the ear"....an old axiom I just made up. The government SHOULD do a lot of things but as long as our virtual dictatorship system is in place, from the day they are elected they begin the process to get relected. If anyone thinks the government will voluntarily spit in the eye of a large corporation (jobs, donations, capital investment) on behalf of the people then I would like to talk to you about some 360 Networks share certificates that I have for sale. The only thing the government understands is pressure and the fear of not being re-elected....so the "people" have to exert more pressure than the corporations either by protest or buying and demanding safer products So Napier needs to move forward on these fronts and had better have a "war chest" of funds to do whatever has to be done to elbow their way to the front of the line...just having good products is not enough when you are an obscure small fish in a sea hungry with imitators and giant corporations.....you had better be willing to get down and dirty and claw your way up....a shining clean face won't get you the time of day unless the brain behind the face is ruthless......damn, there goes that cynicism again! I had better get back to making a buck or I'll have all day to postulate and won't have any money to buy Napier products. Good Luck to Longs GM
