RE: Ontheice lets get started

RE: Ontheice lets get startedplain and simply ---control. Let go. Remove Elmer and replace with aggressive leader. 1 that instills complete confidence in customers as well as suppliers. Thats the key. No question. No doubt. Provide serious depth to the board and move others into a STRICTLY advisory position----or make it a private company and buy at 10cents on the dollar and remove the option. Have a strictly 1 vote per shareholder regardless of amount of shares held to understand what the general masses want.If the board believes they are doing that great and wonderful-they should have no problem whatsoever with this idea. Forensic audit. Get serious about the burn rate. Be realistic about cost and revenue. Demand bi-weekly accounting to shareholders through this forum or others. Appoint an outside council to oversee this company. This is my best idea I believe. No more carte blanche. Did I mention fire the president. and many on the board. I hope there is no question as to my thoughts or feelings in regards to the past present and most likely the future massive failures that I have seen with this company. Sincerley OnTheIce
