RE: Old news?Just a couple of points:
1) You fellas are seriously delusional if you beleive that anything you post here has any effect on AXX stock, much less fueling or ending a rally.
2) The Irish contract has not yet been awarded; the company named the "preferred bidder" has yet to reach an agreement with the government, even after nearly three months of on and off negotiation. My sources tell me that the political storm is gaining intenisty over their relationship with Eircom, and there is a chance that they'll be thrown out of the process.
3) The entire Irish bid process was funded out of the JV with the Irish partner (remember that $3m investment they made in Axia Ireland?). The cost to Axia corporate was minimal; some executive and bean counter time.
4) The NSW Australia bid was only put together in the last couple of months. Any activity a year ago was fact-finding and positioning Axia with potential partners in Australia, such as Cisco.
5) Although Ireland is a long shot now at best, and a NSW decision is still a way off, I'm hearing that things are cooking with a potential partner in France.
