ManagementI think management has done an outstanding job to date but that they need to supplement this with certain expertise that they don't have , and there is no shame in that (Gretsky was a great goal scorer but not a great fighter and it takes both on the team to be successful) . Many have pointed out marketing issues already and that is just one area that requires some additional expertise. Managing growth and expansion requires people with the experience and track record. The Exide deal and EV program are not moving along quickly so it looks like batteries and Scribblers for the next couple of years. Some additional key personnel with proven track records would be a positive in my experience.
