Another 2 Years Wait!

Another 2 Years Wait!Hey Mates, In the 30 years I've been involved in the VSE (TSXV) one thing I've learned ..... when a company restructures you can expect a wait of 2 - 4 years of silence, as the stock drifts lower. There is absolutely no benefit for mgt. to start work on a shell right after a consolidation. I predict that PEN will drift down to the mid teens, odd lots coming out for the next 2 years, and no news needed. The insiders at that point will do a 3,000,000 unit non-brokered pp at say.10, then wait out the hold period before they start the new lifecycle. Don't expect anything until at the earliest 2006, but more realistically 2007. Sorry for my dose of reality. I have a little from pre-rollback days, , just enough to keep it on my "inactive" radar, but won't touch it again until it gets down into the teens. Cheers, Brit
