RE: When can we expect more of Waxon's brilliance

RE: When can we expect more of Waxon's brillianceOOOOOPPPPPPSSSSS! Sorry Whiteguy I do not believe that I have ever said Ben needs a rest. I believe truthfully Ben to be an upstanding person and accountable. In my dealings with Ben I have always been able to look him in the eyes and know the right thing will happen. I do believe that Ben should step into this suggested advisory position though. As for the forensic audit? I can only assume the company has done it's own due dilligence in regard to this or any other manner. I do not believe it should be discussed in an open forum such as this. My DEEP concern is with the direction of this company and how it will survive. Black and white, no holding back. See I do play nice. HOWEVER!!!!! I stand firm in regards to my previous post and analogy in regards to the need for change.I suspect that there are quite a few of others out there that would agree. I do not base this or any other post based on emotion/feelings I base them on what I see the share pricing doing as well as the HELTER SKELTER directionless bottomless pit that can and probably will consume all. Lets be honest....the beans froze people. Plain and Simply: Fire the President. Create an advisory board compiled of several of the current board of directors which MUST act at arms length from the company. Get a Freekin game plan and stick with it. Become accountable to the shareholders. I would politely suggest that all problems with any company become the direct or indirect responsability of the president. START listening to the employees, shareholders, suppliers and most importantly the CUSTOMERS. The constant I HEAR YA I HEAR YA is nice but....are ya listening. Big difference. Whiteguy I do not want to get into as you put it a pi----g contest, it is not productive as you have mentioned. The time to act has passed. I said a year ago the company better get it into gear and it is quite apparent this small piece of advice fell on deaf ears. Sincerly, OnTheIce
