Stock Price

Stock PriceOne guess as to the reason for the current low selling price - the 52 week low is 2 cents so there are sellers who can make 8 or 9 times their money in less than a year by selling at the current price level. They may have been planning to hold the stock until the company started making money but the current market downdraft spooked them. Or they may just be unloading part of a position to hold the balance at no cost. Today's volume of 60,000 shares could have been purchased in the past year for $1,200 so we're not looking at major money pulling out of the company. The stock is in a hold position until we get much closer to production when the lead market, the agent's selling success and other factors will provide more comfort to potential buyers. To a new prospective shareholder the present picture would encourage a wait and see attitude. Not much reason for anyone to be bidding the stock price up in today's situation.
