With my limited knowledge, I understand that this is quite a good deal in as much as the Brit company have experience in dealing with and in Muslim countries and there are proven deposits all through this area. The previous operators were inefficient (I think Gov't run??...which would certainly explain ineffieciency if it is anything like ours) Smelting may be a problem but I think there is one in Spain or Italy but whether they have excess capacity to take on new business I don't know. Lets hope the price of zinc holds or goes up before the US looks in its Piggy Bank and finds there is nothing left...doesn't matter if it is Bush or Carey, the Nation Dept cap has to be raised which means that China and Japan will own more US$ which means........
