Hey Reas, We should keep in mind that the insiders did a large pp several months ago in the teens. Now don't discount out-of-hand the following scenario...... ...If I were an insider, and I felt we weren't ready to move the stock for awhile, were planning another pp in the teens, and yet the stock was currently trading at a double, I'd unload much of my pp at the higher prices. This would lock a number of investors in at prices in the mid 30's, free up cash for myself, enabling me to take down a bigger chunk of the new pp being planned for in the teens. I'm still convinced that the insiders have a good long range plan for the company, but are just not ready. Cheers, Brit
