RE: PPAll the PP's have a hold period of 4 months from the time that the exchange approves them.
With the bright future ahead of EV, I highly doubt people are buying into a PP to make a few pennies on their shares.
If you really sit back and think about it, ask yourself why would EV do a small PP of only a couple hundred thousand dollars when everyone believes they are very close to closing a couple of huge deals????
If it was lining some pockets as many here have thought, I believe it would have been much bigger.
Could there possibly be some payments due upon signing of some agreements??? Just a little speculation on my part, but it sure makes you think...don't it.
Let's wait and see how quickly the PP closes and is approved. If they need the money quickly for something like that, The PP would have to be approved first because I believe the cash cannot be used by Erin until the PP is approved by the exchange.
I could be way out to lunch here, but I guess we will see.
