"Are you really that niave?" Rainy, I read your explanation and think no, but perhaps you are??? How on earth do you think this company survives? Basically PP's, occasionally warrants. By participating in the the PP then slowly trickling shares into the market it spreads the support and shareholding of the compnay to people outside those that participate in the PP. By taking up the slack in the PP when there are not enough willing investors Frank and Pat help put money into the compnay. You only see this as them making money, you seem to dismiss that this process has saved the company on more than one occasion, possibley including this year. I give Frank a hard time on this board about IR, but appreciate their rerliability in keeping the compnay solvent. The worst they are guilty of is selling beofore another PP when the price falls and the PP takes place at a lower rate. This happens becuase the lower rate is the one that talkking to large investors is all they are willing to pay, and to get moe money into the company P&F sell some of their shares in the open market to raise cssh to put into the PP too, like this last PP. If they didn't your shares by now would likely be worthless imo Idle
