RE: Great News !!!One of the reasons could be that there is virtually no promotion of Quorum to the retail investment community. If Quorum were to hire an I.R. person who actively promoted the Co. there may be greater reaction to good news. It seems that the Co. is now in postion to benefit from some active promotion if that is what management desires.At present they may be taking what seems to be a low key approach but very good things are indeed happening.
