Usually the speedres software is a one off purchase with recurring annual maintenance contract. Their web booking engine I beleive is based on the transactional income model. The only thing missing from NR was the GDS option in the booking engine, think we are still waiting on Markham to deliver this. Best bit about NR is it came out after the system went into production (ie LIVE), a process that took 12 weeks from the beginning of implementation. Now if only TT could do that.... Idle
