Are they being used for the current updated, design, planning. If not, then why not? What are "thermal casing failures"? Why haven't we heard about the prior core and fuild testing program? What data and material was provided to Bankers prior to the license? Why isn't any of this data referenced in any of the public filings? What the heck is going on here?
