Where's the former experts now?

Where's the former experts now?Apparently, APA Petroleum Engineering Suite 1400, 800 Fifth Avenue SW Calgary, Alberta T2P 3T6 Canada T: 403 265.7226 F: 403 269.3175 was engaged by the prior joint venture developer for “[e]valuation of remaining reserves and net worth, including periodic updates for funding agency. Assisted the joint venture company in developing a strategy to enhance recovery and production. Estimated primary production optimization by workovers (re-perforating and sand clean-outs), pump optimization and PCP applications. Recommended core & fluid testing programs. Evaluated sand production as a stimulation technique in primary cold production (CHOP) to achieve a negative skin (currently a common practice in the Lloydminster area of Canada). Reviewed thermal casing failures. Reviewed casing and tubing string design modifications under yield in thermal wells.” https://www.apa-inc.com/experience/intpet/field_revit.html Are they being used for the current updated, design, planning. If not, then why not? What are "thermal casing failures"? Why haven't we heard about the prior core and fuild testing program? What data and material was provided to Bankers prior to the license? Why isn't any of this data referenced in any of the public filings? What the heck is going on here?
