Investing the proceeds.Looks like Riocan is spending $300 million or so on 31/2 "Mega Centres" in Quebec. More of the same but these properties are much larger than average. Then again, the cap rate is lower than average. Higher than Marche Centrale but lower than the last First Pro package. It's probably all just the same in the end.
