RE: When do the warrants expire?the warrants are an interesting play..
i think for each 33 cent increase, you will see a cent move in the right direction for the warrant..
and i dont think the downside is as fast, due to long life (5 yrs.), and increased volatility in the stock of late..
therefore, if the stock goes from $2.50 to $3.50..up 40%
the warrant should go from 4 to 7 cents..up 75%
(on a drop to $1.50 the warrant might drop to 2/2.5 cents)
7 x 30 + 3.10 = $5.20/$3.50 = 48%
4 x 30 + 3.10 = $4.30/$2.50 = 72%
2.25 x 30 + 3.10 = $3.77/$1.50 = 151%*
(*how much stock has to go up w/n 5 yrs to break even if holding warrant on expiry date)
the leverage drops in my scenario as price goes up, so it is a very conservative on the correlation..
the warrants are good value..buy em over the net on an all or none basis, with a total price below $2000 and they are cheap for commission too...
i bought 100,000 (in two 50k all or none, whacks) for $58 commisssion..
