Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

I hope so....

and I will buy more. I think the uncertainty of the block that I believe Banker's still hold is causing this drift...look for them to perhaps dump at the end of the month...if they stay in, might be a good sign...either way we win eventually because this stock will not stand still for long
