RE: Futuregcert, I see conflicting forces at work. The sale is
tremendous news and should be the first of many. Meanwhile
the required financing will attract some of the current
shareholders who need to raise cash to participate. When we
hear the that the pp is closed the full impact of the news will be
felt so look for a delayed move then.
