Warrant Acceleration ClauseI too took note that the acceleration clause on the too-many outstanding warrants is not automatic. How can these people get away with not tripping the clause? The stock price has been comfortably above the acceleration level for all of the October-January period. Who owns all of these shares & warrants?
Given that the company management has not exercised the acceleration clause, this seems to be a clear breach of trust that adversely affects small shareholders. How long is the TSX-V going to stand for this? Has anyone ever seen a producing mining company produce more maximum discount stock and warrants than TKO? Very soon they will have more warrants than pounds of copper per year! Who do these people think they are? I would implore the directors who have a conscience to exercise their influence and do the right thing; turf those who are mining the market and fleecing the lambs. This story may not be suitable for front-page coverage in the Province or a David Baines column, but it may make the non-flipping directors cringe. Perhaps picketing at their place of business?
All small shareholders, please rock your vote and throw a rock at all of the gold-digging directors; don't throw your proxy in the garbage. Vote against everything, attend the AGM and ask difficult questions; these people think they can squelch the public with defamation lawsuits, but you can't sue people for speaking facts.
